Names can vary slightly by browser and iOS version. Look for an option like “Add to Home Screen.”

Android

  2. Open the browser menu (for example or ).
  3. Select Add to Home screen or Install, then confirm.

Names can vary by device and browser. Look for “Add to Home screen,” “Add shortcut,” or “Install.”

This creates a quick launcher on your phone. If your browser offers “Install,” that is also fine. Notifications are not required.

Let your phone add location and time to photos (optional)

If you are comfortable with it, allow your phone to attach location and time to new photos you take. This helps the report fill in those fields automatically. You can review and edit before submitting.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation ServicesCamera.
  2. Set to While Using the App. Optionally keep Precise Location on for better accuracy.
  3. In the Camera app, use as normal. While allowed, your phone will attach location and time to new photos.

Names may vary slightly across iOS versions.

Android

  1. Open SettingsLocationApp permissionsCamera → allow While app in use.
  2. In your Camera app settings, enable Save location (also called Location tags on some devices). New photos will include location and time when this is on.

Steps differ by manufacturer (Pixel, Samsung, others). Look for a “Save location” switch in the Camera app settings.

Privacy note: we use photo info on your phone only to fill in time and place. The images we show online don’t include that info, and we can delete originals after processing. You can review or edit these fields before you submit.
